ADL Training

ADL Training at Vedansh Foundation

Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Training is a specialized program designed to help children develop the essential self-care and life skills needed for greater independence in their everyday lives. At Vedansh Foundation, ADL Training supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental challenges in learning practical skills that promote confidence and self-sufficiency.

Our ADL Training programs focus on teaching age-appropriate daily living skills through structured, step-by-step instruction, positive reinforcement, and hands-on practice. Each program is tailored to the child’s individual abilities, needs, and developmental goals.

At Vedansh Foundation, our therapists use child-friendly, practical, and engaging methods to help children master daily tasks and build functional independence. Parents and caregivers are actively involved in the training process to ensure consistency and skill development at home.

By strengthening daily living skills, ADL Training helps children become more confident, independent, and capable of participating successfully in home, school, and community environments.
